CULL HAND

This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile application Cull Hand (“the App”) handles information. The App is a single-player card game. You do not need an account to play.

1. Information we collect

The App stores gameplay progress locally on your device, including run progress, unlocked cards, settings, and tutorial flags. This data stays on your device unless you back up the device through Apple’s own services.

If you allow tracking when iOS asks, the App may access the Advertising Identifier (IDFA) and send attribution and advertising-performance events through Adjust. If you decline tracking, the App still functions. Analytics identifiers provided by Adjust may still be used in a limited, non-IDFA form as permitted by Apple and Adjust’s terms.

The App may load limited remote content needed to operate the game experience. That content is requested from our service providers over HTTPS.

2. How we use information

• To save and restore your game progress on this device.
• To measure advertising performance and attribution, if you grant tracking permission.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the App.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use the App to build a social profile, and the game does not require email, name, or payment information to play.

3. Sharing

Advertising and attribution data may be processed by Adjust and, where applicable, Apple. Device backups you choose to make are governed by Apple. We do not share local save files with third parties from within the App.

4. Retention

Local save data remains on your device until you delete the App or use in-app reset. Attribution data retained by Adjust is governed by Adjust’s retention practices.

5. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided such information, delete the App and contact us via the App Store listing.

6. Your choices

• You can deny or later change tracking permission in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
• You can reset local progress in the App’s Settings screen, or delete the App to remove local save data.
